Step 1

 
  • Call our customer care executives on (011)600-12-600 and inform them about the problem with your device. You will be given a unique Complaint Id.

Step 2

 
  • Download all the required documents from our website http://www.yaantra.com/claim-downloads.html which are mendatory to submit along with personal documents listed below
  • One photocopy of Membership card no.
  • Photocopy of Original Bill on Claimant's Name.
  • Self-Attested Photo ID Proof of Claimant.
  • Theft Claim Form (form 1A)
  • Police Complaint Letter
  • Sim Block Confirmation Letter

Step 3

 
  • Be ready with documents and hand over all of them when our field executive arrives.

Step 4

 
  • If there is a cashless service centre available in your area, you will be assigned an authorized service centre and you can avail of the cashless service.
