  • Yaantra owns, operates and runs the Site and mobile applications on Google Play store and Apple App store. The Website and mobile applications, and/or any website(s) we may have in the future that refer to these T&C, will provide a marketplace and platform for Refurbish Mobile Phones, with third-parties which include, but are not limited to, other companies, contractors and sub-contractors, and any other entities which may be affiliated to Yaantra for the purpose of the Services (collectively, "Third Parties"). The Yaantra platforms, which have a marketplace and other related functionality, whether provided through the Website or through any other media, will be collectively referred to as the "Services" in the T&C.
  • The customer may not avail the use of the Website or the Services if they do not agree with any part of these T&C. Yaantra may, without notice to the Customer, at any time amend these T&C and any other information contained on this Website. The latest T&C will be posted on our Websites, and the Customer should review the T&C prior to using the Website. The customer’s continued use of the websites after any changes to these T&C are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
  • Yaantra values and protects the privacy of your information. Please review the Yaantra Privacy Policy, as it contains important information relating to your use of the Website and Services.
