We strongly believe in adding value to customer's money and we ensure the same by offering them certified refurbished smartphones. All the smartphones go through 36 quality checks that cover all hardware and software parameters at our state-of-art refurbishment centers. The refurbished phones are backed with upto 12 months of warranty covering all functional defects that may occur during the warranty period. The warranty period is defined basis the product categorisation. All refurbished smartphones categorised under R1 or R2 category are backed with 12 months’ warranty, and all other smartphones which fall under R3 and R4 category are covered under 2 Months of warranty. Warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product.
Retailers across the country can order smartphones in bulk and enjoy doorstep shipping. In case of any fault in the product post-delivery, it is picked from customer's place for no additional charges.
Yaantra may decide to charge delivery charges to any specific category or all products. The cost of shipping charge is reflected on the check-out page of the application and included in the bill. Reverse pickup/re-delivery post repair is not chargeable under warranty period. In case a customer sends back the product to Yaantra for warranty services on Yaantra's request, the shipping charges will be revered to customer. However, if customer pro-actively sends the product to Yaantra, shipping charges need to be paid by customer.
